UWP Syllabi Guidelines  Determine what information should be included in your syllabus, especially in terms of program policies.

For questions about setting up and using SmartSite, teaching in the computer labs, using technology while teaching in traditional classrooms, or to make an appointment for guidance in teaching with technology, contact the Coordinator for Teaching Writing with Technology, Wrye Sententia,

Rosters  View or download rosters for your courses.  You can also find roster through MyUCDavis by clicking on the My Classes tab, then Classes I’m Teaching.

Office Hours  Update your office hours on the UWP website.  Review UWP Policies if you've forgotten how many OHs to hold.

Enrollment Procedures  Download and print key information about taking roll on the first day of class, the quarter's drop deadlines, automated wait lists, and giving out PTAs (Permission to Add).

Reserve course materials at the library by submitting the

If you choose to connect to the Class Folders in the computer lab where you teach and upload or download files, you'll first need to install free SFTP client software by following these instructions

Schedule a Class Visit from a Subject Specialist Librarian   Fill out a form requesting that a Subject Specialist Librarian provide instruction tailored to meet the research needs of specific upper-division courses.  You might first look up the Librarian Specialist Librarian for your UWP 104 or 102 course.

Request a Library Book Purchase by contacting the Librarian Subject Specialist in Rhetoric, Roberto Delgadillo

Library Databases Index  Quickly find a particular library database your students need to do secondary research.
